Information We Collect

  • Call and referral information: call recordings, transcripts, call time and duration, referral source, and information about the handling or outcome of an inquiry. Recordings may incidentally include payment information you provide to a downstream service provider during a call.
  • Website and advertising information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral sources, and campaign or conversion activity collected through website logs and advertising or measurement technologies, where used.
  • Business communications and records: correspondence, business contact details, and records relating to vendor, partner and other business relationships.
  • Business integration information: account, Page, campaign, creative, performance and conversion data from platforms where we own or administer the relevant assets.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, connect people with home-service providers or referral partners, evaluate referral quality and outcomes, measure and improve advertising, and manage business relationships. Recorded Calls and AI Tools

We record calls in our referral operations for quality review and marketing optimization. Recordings and related information may be transcribed, summarized or analyzed using service providers, including AI-enabled tools.

We use third-party, pretrained AI tools for business work and analysis; we do not train our own AI models. Those providers process information under the terms and settings applicable to the services we use. This policy does not describe or control a provider's separate data practices.

How We Share Information

  • Home-service providers and referral partners: we share contact details, service needs, location and relevant call or referral information to connect you with services and to handle, evaluate and reconcile referrals. We may receive compensation for referrals. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, this sharing may be considered a sale of personal information.
  • Service providers supporting our operations: information may be processed by providers of website hosting, communications, call tracking and recording, transcription, analytics, advertising measurement, business software and AI tools.
  • Professional and legal purposes: we may disclose relevant information to professional advisors, to meet legal obligations or lawful requests, or to protect rights and address fraud, misuse or disputes.

Service providers and referral partners that receive your inquiry may handle information for their own purposes, including contacting you, providing services and processing payments. Meta Platform Integrations

Gump Global may use Meta developer tools and APIs to manage advertising assets we own or administer, including ad accounts, Pages, campaigns, creatives, reporting and conversion measurement. We use Meta Platform data for our own business operations, advertising management, reporting, troubleshooting and compliance. We do not sell Meta Platform data. The compensated referral sharing described above does not change this restriction.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and advertising operations may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, traffic analysis and advertising measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality and does not by itself stop information sharing associated with a phone call or service inquiry.

Website Analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how visitors use this website. It records pages viewed, clicks, form steps completed and, for some visits, a replay of on-page activity. Anything typed into a form field is masked in these replays, and we do not use analytics to identify individual visitors. PostHog processes this data on our behalf. This applies to gumpglobal.com and our other websites, including onboarding.gumpglobal.com.

Retention and Processing Locations

Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held, including handling inquiries, evaluating referrals, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Different records, including call recordings and transcripts, may be kept for different periods. Applicable legal requirements may require us to retain some information after a deletion request.

Gump Global is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, depending on the services used. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

Safeguards

We restrict access to our business systems and use account authentication to help protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Privacy Requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain by emailing hello@gumpglobal.com. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information or opt out of certain uses or disclosures, including sharing that qualifies as a sale. Contact the same address to make a request or ask about referral sharing.

Include the email address or phone number associated with your interaction and enough context to help locate the record, such as the approximate call date. Do not send payment card details or other sensitive information with your request. We may need additional information to verify your identity or authority. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

Our data deletion instructions provide additional guidance, including for Meta integrations. A request to Gump Global does not itself delete records independently held by a service provider or referral partner.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us.
